i don’t usually comment on these issues but there’s been so much misinformation spread outside the shooting case. What we know so far from genuine court revelations on Meg’s side is that she supposedly changed her story twice within two different contexts: the first is when the police first asked her at the scene, she gave the statement that she’d stepped on glass because she was anxious about exposing a black man to police brutality, and perhaps the second (not in relation to the case but to the media) is apparently she didn’t admit she was having sex with tory BEFORE the incident when asked. The first one, within the black community, is understandable even if it’s unlawful: read the room. The second is just pathetic to bring up in court because her sex life being brought up (even in relation to other men before this incident even happened) shouldn’t be the first thing people bring up as a reason in LAW to not believe her story in relation to a SHOOTING. Side note, that reference that Meg’s legal team admitting things is false. Meg isn’t actually taking Tory to trial, she’s been called by the court as a WITNESS to the trial, policy county lawyers are the ones who are actually prosecuting Tory on their own accord. This also means Megan has no legal team of her own so any claims that her legal team admitted x,y,z is a lie? How can she admit things through a legal team that doesn’t actually exist? Tory is heard on audio admitting hysterically that he was sorry for what he did while he was drunk. Obviously you have to pay for extra security. You take your car into the garage. They charge you for man hours on top of work done. You are paying for the man hours and resources needed for you event to be protected. Horses need food. In turn it's protecting you and your venue from being sued because you didn't have adequate security and someone has now suffered injuries or worse.
