How do u tell someone who says they dont trust the bible cuz its written by diffrent men and isnt accurate, that the word is Gods word and to trust it?
Do they think Aristotle existed and that he wrote those papers? How about any other ancient historical figure? There is more evidence for Jesus than any of them.
Being written by different men means those are different witnesses. It's like trying to throw out a case because they put all the witness testimonials in the case file.
Secular scholars even say the Bible manuscript differences (of the ancient scriptures we have) are negligible because they are less than 1% and are more along the lines of writing Jesus name twice or writing something a little differently. For example there are over 500 ways to say "I love you" in Greek. It's still translated as "I love you" and means "I love you" regardless of how they wrote it.
I think of Gen 1 as a macro view of creation week. Gen 2 is a brief recap of creation week and a more detailed account of day 6.🙂 PS: Dr. John (this channel) has a good teaching on this.
Best teacher ever
He indeed is a very good teacher. But He will tell you himself he isn't the best ever.
Blessings
Amen

The King James Holy Bible, yes. The others NOT.
Only Bibles with 73 books are God's flawless and true Word.
The Bible is not the complete transmission of divine revelation.
Those other books cannot be verified as true or relevant to scripture or salvation.
It’s literally not.
It literally is. Every word was inspired by God. Jesus is the only way to salvation.
But Genesis 1 & 2 do not correspond correctly...
Genesis one is a different view from Genesis two.
@jeffc5474 what? They shouldn't.

@christiantaylor9200 no. They are disjointed...the sun and moon are not created...how can you count days?
@@eddieo6466Why? What you are asking for is for Genesis 2 to be a repeat of Genesis 1. There are details in Genesis 2 that aren’t in Genesis 1.
If you believe that why do you cherry Pick your verses and ignore the verses that don't agree with your dogma?
