Being a best mon is very subjective, but not in this match though. The fact that Zika did well in both the matches regardless of the team comp makes him better than Pragapult because Pragapult fell for the pressure. The pressure handling makes a better player, and especially a better Jungler/Speedster. Pragapult not focusing on farm and level up while behind is a pressure side effect.
