That wood is a bargain price!!!. I got a Rage Evo saw, but I fancy one of those stands. The nail gun is a big bonus as well 👍🏻 Staging is something I always need at the start and end of the season. Making this fold away is the best of both worlds. Look forward to the second part.............Nice one mate 😀👍🏻

Looking good, I thought the lengths of wood would have been more expensive so good buy with those!!

I only do things as cheaply as necessary. You have to ask for discounts sometimes. I'll be posting the other part of this project soon. All the best Nic

nigel muddybootz advised me you were making this vid. its superb. unfortunately for me I save my timber from work all year. 42 inch lengths of timber from between rolls of poly bags. after watching you vid, all I really need to invest in are 2x2 timbers. cheers nic..............brian

You could make it in two part as a bench - split it in half with the wood you have. If you did that you would just need an extra pair of legs - one for each bench and two extra hinges. If you do do this, you should put it on UA-cam! Thanks to Nigel for recommending the video. I'll be posting the other part of this project soon. All the best Nic

Great job Nic! Tis a thing of beauty. When you were using the 4" screws I was saying to the screen, please don't have your hand there!!! A few years ago I was in the same situation, holding 2 pieces together and the bit slips pretty easy out of that screw head. The bit ended up going thru my thumb right beside the nail and out the other side! Pretty sure I invented some new words, lol. Looking forward to 2018, all the best:))

I made one last year for greenhouse and painted it green with culprinol ducks back. The evo mitre saw is awesome I got rage 3+ back in jan last year along with the Mitre Saw Stand with Extensions. I couldnt risk a nail gun I am far too accident prone especially on allotment

Glad you had success at making one Chris. They're are so useful and practical in the greenhouse. The nail gun is a real time saver. Even the girlfriends loves to use it as it's pretty safe. You just have to follow the safety rules. I'm going to paint mine with the same paint - brown probably. I'll be posting the other part of this project soon. All the best Nic

I only did mine in Autumn so haven't used it much. I got bottom shelve and top shelve which I can increase height of top shelve using wooden battens. That way I can lower shelve down when plants get bigger and thus dont touch GH apex. I enjoyed making it a bit of thought and you can make them a lot stable than those aluminum staging. Look forward to next video Nic cheers

Thanks Nigel. Without your encouragement (nagging, lol) I wouldn't have done the video. It's a really useful bench for the greenhouse, so get your power tools out and make one. I bought the stand as a deal though Screwfix - it makes life so much easier when constructing projects. I'll be posting the other part of this project soon. All the best Nic
