Hello Ma'am. This was the one of the first recipes I tried during the lockdown and since then I have made it at least 5-6 times. it has turned out well every time. Especially if made early in the morning, it absorbs the masalas well till lunch time and in the night (if anything is left till the evening!) it becomes really flavourful. The only twist I do in the recipe is, that I don't add the whole garam masala while boiling the rice, rather I add it in the oil while making the biriyani/paneer gravy, and secondly, I also shallow fry the paneer a bit before in a mixture of ghee and oil so that the cubes are well roasted and chunky. Thanks a lot and please keep posting more such wonderful flavourful recipes.
