Compared with Jun Mizuani and Kenta Matsudaira,Kishikawa has not been recognized as a promising player in Japan. So I (as a Japanese) am glad to hear his progress by English Open. Please don't call him troll though his play is not cool.
This would be more accurate if you had said Ma Lin's service and third ball attack, along with his touch, Wang Hao's reverse penhold backhand, and Ryu Seung Min's forehand. The way Ryu Seung Min puts his whole body in hie pivot forehands makes for a shot you just don't return.
if you use Chinese rubbers, you would know that the red dye reduces the spin potential. Chinese players want max spin since straight arm loop provides so much more power than chicken wing hit. in my POV, people using red for forehand have it all wrong =P
this match is a typical example of what makes the chinese table tennis players so superior - it's their AMAZING footwork, compare ma lin's with kishikawa's...
Poor Seiya, he couldnt move right nor fast even if a T-Rex were chasing him, though he has an efective backhand and some wierd strokes that give some weird spins.
Back then, when TT was still about spin :')
Kishikawa has won Timo through crazy forehand rallys. I think it can be the new in the 10 top soon....
wow ma lin's forehand topspins are nearly smashes they are so fast! thats unbelieveable!
5 Stars man
Yeahhh, Ma Lin destroyed Kishikawa!!! Ma Lin we need you 2014 again!!!
2017 again
2018 again
Ma Lin's sick sick sick top spin forehand!!!
2:27
Yeah, I was extremely surprised that he bypassed Timo Boll!
I expected him to do better against Ma Lin after that performance >.>
2:31 was amazing!...
2:31 I LOVE THIS GUY
2:31
This is what I call professionalism .
Yeahhh Ma Lin wins :)
STOMP STOMP STOMP
0:43 kishikawa's like "ahh whatever"
Haahahhah right

purely outclassed..
i am referring to this match. Ma lin just hits the ball where he is not standing thats why it looks like Seiya is not commited to the shots he plays.
Jeez, all the ping pong matches should have this video quality.
haha i like that slow motion thing with this vid :) good match

Seiya too slow, Malin's attackt oo fast, but I find Seiya uses more brains during the rally
I don't think Kishikwa's play is uncool. Btw Ma Lin's loops are TOO hard, not fair.
@xilpa Well, that's obvious not true. Simple question, so which side will you chose to use as a primary weapon? you have to chose one, you know.

But, I had heard that it wasn't much for spin as for Tackiness I Think.. I heard once that the red dye affects tackiness.
@david93fcb I'd have to thank ttCountance for the extra slow motion. I wouldn't have seen it in the normal slow mo. Lol.
@Lovett9x exactly. idk if it's his ability or size, he doesn't adjust well to high arc loops.
samsonov or wlq would probably beat him easily

Usually penhold players will have good footwork
it thought u use the red rubber side for forehand....??? these player r using black!
So that means Ma Lin standed is a lot better then Seiya and that In order for Seiya to win he needs to improve a lot of things.
2024??
damn kishikawa bh round the net dayum
3rd killer !!!

Think he's getting ready to retire?
Perhaps just winning enough to let Ma Long get the victory and help Ma Long up his ranking :P
what a match! 5*s
pretty sure ma lin did the same. Ryu is just taller.
hahah nice trick of seiya at 2:15 lol
@xilpa whats RPB?
xilpa but you would also have to have ryu seung min's footwork to be the perfect player.
Poor Seiya, he couldnt move right nor fast even if a T-Rex were chasing him, though he has an efective backhand and some wierd strokes that give some weird spins.
what's the opening song?:)
@Lovett9x You mean he looks more like someone, say, Ma Lin? lol. Maybe Ma Lin is an inch or two taller, but pretty similar looking.
Malin is very superior
You know what.I'm thinking that Ma Lin was just had fun in this easy match against Seiya Kishikawa.Too easy for him to destroy that japanese.
He's fat like me. I guess I have a chance in going pro afterall... ; )
2:42 around the net bh really low horizontal topspin. ma lin is like sigh...gay
+1 on that!!! LOL
Are those really actors or are they really just random salary men picked up in the streets?
looks too easy for ma lin ...
ture... he dosn't commit to most of the shots he play.
u can choose any color u want lol
destroyed
Seiya has a good feeling but a bad footwork
@schafflos Seiya was very fat this day. ; )
Kishikawa could not handle Ma's serves. Horrible returns, always too high.
ma lin doesnt played sereous
I swa whole match.Boring.japan boy has no chance.I cant belive that he beat Timo and Chen QI.
Полный крах Кишикавы
