This is an amazing colour and such a beautiful bag!! When I first saw it I thought that it looked sooo strange but looking at your video and a few others in UA-cam, I now feel I adore this bag!! Mainly because they use such soft leathers to make it like Clemence..I always thought I wanted to get a Birkin or a Kelly(or both if I could ever afford them!! 😄😄😄) And now Lindy is in my wish list,too..poor me..Lol...I wish I can get one of these pretty bags one day!! Great video! I have been toying with the idea of pursuing a Lindy, and there aren't many resources to get a good look / review of it... so finding your channel was a happy surprise! I wonder... what did your husband / friends think of the Lindy? I like how the Lindy is a combination of Hermes (ultra classy) + playful and casual. But my boyfriend and all my friends protested that the shape is too weird. I see what they mean and I'm in two minds about it.

My husband doesn't find the shape weird, but he has told me that he thinks Lindy 26 would look better on my. I guess, because it is a playful bag, it looks cuter if it is small and less bulky. Also, many would think, for the price one pays for a Lindy 30, she could have saved up a liittle more for a Birkin or a Kelly. But that doesn't really apply to me because I buy all my bags preloved and I will never pay full price (at Hermes) or extra (at secondhand handbag shops that also sell brand new bags) for a brand new bag. Therefore, when I see a preloved Hermes that I love and the price is within my budget, I will seize the opportunity to get it. In addition, it depends on what bags you already have and ultimately want. For example, if you ultimately want a Birkin and don't mind buying preloved, then I would suggest focusing on findind a good preloved Birkin first. But if you think that a Lindy is a must-have, then go for it. Find a preloved one with the right size, color and price. It may take some time, but it will show up some day. I was extremely specific about my Birkin and I search for it for 6 years until I found the exact one I wanted. I hope that helps.

And yes I think I prefer the Lindy 26 but the SA I spoke with said they're quite rare. He hadn't seen one in the store for 9 months!! And I don't like to obsess / hunt for bags like that, I don't have the energy lol. I have seen a couple 26s on eBay but I wish I could see it in person before buying. OK... so the conclusion of all this is, I'll just continue to keep the Lindy at the back of my mind but as for now I'll just leave it be haha.
I do, I worry about it when I wear dark denim, for example. That's why I prefer darker color bags. The colors on the bags, however, will not bleed. Therefore, I am very comfortable using my red Lindy wearing a white tee. Thanks for watching 😘

Great video! Have you seen the Lindy 26? How does it compare? I don't carry much and I've been wanting a mini bag but the 30 here looks great. Is this video showing Rouge Garance true to colour? Seems a bit pink-ish to me.
lovepotionsinc I have seen a Lindy 26, they are rare though. It is much smaller, although it will still hold everything. The difference is that I won't be able to put my scarf or cardigan in a 26. Also, if I put all my stuff into a 26, the middle flap part will not cave as nicely as a 30. I also think that the 26 has a dressier look to it -- it suits people with cute and kawaii style.

I only carry a long wallet, a cell phone, lip balm and maybe some facial blotters. Sometimes, I get so lazy using a wallet, I just dump my cash and cards in the bag, lol. Would the 26 still suit?

I think etoupe with gold hardware is also nice. I will always go for Togo, not swift. Lindy 26s are quite rare. I am 5'5", similar to your height, and I think a Lindy 30 is an acceptable size. It also depends whether you carry a lot of things in your bags. Lindy 26 is cute but won't hold a lot.

I buy from different ebayers and preloved handbag stores; therefore, I cannot get you any recommendations. I look at the bags separately and ask for additional pictures if necessary when buying online. When buying from shops, I pick reputable ones and inspect each piece carefully. I like clemence but I don't know if it is a common leather on Lindy. So far, I have only seen Togo and Swift. They also make it in exotic leather and suede. Clemence is great; it would be nice to have a Lindy in Clemence leather.
Sorry I misunderstood your question -- I thought you asked me what bag accessories I have. In terms of accessories, I have 2 wallets, some 90cm scarfs and Maxi twillies, one leather bracelet, 2 belts and a few more things here and there.

Hi there I recently bought lindy 30 and the edge of the leather on handle where it's 'painted' shows cracking - is that normal in your experience?

No, I have one 3-fold Bearn and a Dogon with card slots. My sister has a Kelly long wallet. I will see if she will lend it to me to make a video.
