I feel so seen with this interview, hearing Mam' Nambitha speak about the struggles of being an introvert and having to "activate" yourself and stepping into uncomfortable environment and I realized how much I need to give myself grace for all the work I do just to exist in those spaces. This was such a gem man, we need this wisdom. We need people who've traveled down this life path and imparting knowledge.

Fabulous women. I love this Lady. First time watching your show when I saw Nambitha. I do not watch Saopies anymore for many years. But I did watch some 7 De Laan years back when Nambitha was on. Her acting is GREAT. Actors are not recognized enough for there artestry. If seen many times over the years them crying out to SAns for better recognition. But Minister Gayton McKenzie is working hard at it. I hope he see this. Things has to change. Stay strong. 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏
This is why I do not watch any of these because things are no longer the same, this labelling certain individuals because they stand against or protect of what or believe as a country is insane, so much dismissal of good actors and actress who are talented but not do things to please someone because u do mot want to lose ur job
