good video! The Ryft is a cool truck with the right upgrades. Your build is really nice. Looking forward to see more videos and how it handles torque twist under power.
I love the RYFT platform. I’ve built lots of them and have run every variation seen. From belly draggers to 4WS portals. Currently working on a Team build rock crawler with steering behind the axle and remote operated rising/lowering suspension ❤ they make amazing crawling rigs and loads of fun.
I love my ryft Treal axles vitavon portals treal links shock mounts and chassie plate with mamba x castle 1512 1900kv and 2 speed 160mm internal sprung rear shock from udr 120mm shock up front use front spring on rear internal sprung shock to keep low but when jumped the shock drops full 160mm I also cut the back off behind the rear shock mounts run stock tires with 3d printed foams does everything crawls bounces
Having and modding my own Ryft - it works so much better as a crawler than it's 'intended' purpose as a 'bouncer'. It's just to unstable and , dare I say it - fragile, for anything resembling speed.

I've been watching for a while. I just want to say your videos are definitely the most enjoyable to watch. Thank you for the content

I had one of those servo horns bend on me too. First run and I wasn't abusing it, they are very weak.

That's a lot of work to try and make the Ryft into a Capra.
You really choose the worst place to crawl lol should’ve went to nature trails
