Its not his usual group and if you're not as comfortable with the people and the energy is too high, it can be hard to not feel awkward. In HS I had a friend group like this where we were loud and high-energy, and if you aren't part of the group already its hard to join, especially when we're all hyped up by a game. This isn't to say the people corpse usually plays with aren't energetic, its just a different energy and he's used to those people. If he played more with swagger and this group he'd find his groove.
I like both for different reasons. Swagger's voice just give me extrovert-hype-party-chaos vibes (though thats something developed from association to his content) while corpse gives me more rainy-day-in-a-library vibes (will you be murdered or find your new favorite book? Who knows???).
