Don't know if you're still having the issue with adding markers with the hotkey but using the M key to add a marker only works when you have a highlighted region and it will add the marker at the start of the region, it will not work when double clicking. Hope that helps.
It does help! I actually ran across that after making the video... I get why they do it that way, but as a software developer i would have also made it work the way i was trying to do, seems intuitive that way... but whatever it is what it is. Appreciate the assist! 🙏👍🏻✌️

Hey M-Chop - Honestly, that could be any number of things, but it actually sounds like what it's doing is what it's supposed to do. If not, I would suggest going to reddit and hitting the subs makinghiphop or fl_studio and posting your situation there - lots of helpful people. 👍
why are both our slicex is missing the "Keyboard Input" button; this is to enable the shortcuts for slicex like pressing m, and other functions. If anybody has the answer to the issue please help. its present in other fl studio users

@@tbrizOfficial there is supposed to be a button saying '' KB input '' that enables the shortcut. If that button is off; you cannot use any shortcuts inside slicex. Ive been searching all day but still no answers. You can look it up '' Slicex keyboard shortcut not working ''.

There's a few reasons that could happen. Sample volume isn't loud enough or is too loud leading to no distinguishable transients on the waveform... Or maybe autoslice option not checked... Could be other reasons too, hope you can figure it out
Looks like a kick from nomadikh mpc drums pack, and some samples i pulled from the drum weapons 3 vst. Drum weapons are my fav bap drum sounds... Dw3 and dw4

When you use autoslicing and you get those tiny samples you can flip those into percussions using the ADSR and filter.
