Watching the videos from Mr. Drone, he could get much lower actually filming the inside of that roof. He could do that by standing/filming from the Kop end of the arena. With that stand being not at all as high as the Anfield Road stand he then could fly the drone much lower.
Hi mate, there's no arms on those lower rows of seats on the Kop (I think what might look like arms on your small screen is just the lip on the drop down section of the seat) There's no hospitality seats either mate, just season ticket and general admission seating. The only exception being the wheel chair bays which include a seat for an attendant. Another great video by the way I'm glad you got some footage of the abseil team, that 'box' cladding along the leading edge of the poly-carbonate roof panels will be continued on the angled sections where it meets the Main Stand and the SKD roofs. It shouldn't have been necessary but all that 'smudged' whiter pointing on the window brickwork should come off the bricks with a good scrub.
@@cp-overview Apologies mate, I checked it out and you're absolutely correct. My regular seat is in the Annie Road end but I often get on the Kop a few times each season. Normally in the middle or upper blocks and in all the years I've been doing that I never realised there was that small two row section of seats with arms on them, you'd probably have to walk along the front of the stand to even notice them, even more so when there's 12,500 people standing which there always is.
Couldn't agree more mate and with all the problems it's had dodgey roof in use for 6 months etc I wouldn't feel safe in that stand. Makes you wonder what else has been bodged that they haven't found.
Brilliant footage of the rope guys, CP! Never seen any of the other drone guys catching them like you just did. Much apreciated!
Just luck they was close enough to the edge to see
Excellent video buddy , as always quality
Great video as always
Great video again Colin. What is going on there on the Kop? Wheelchair area there as well? Serious?

What's with the fence at the back of the lower tier? I thought seats were going there
I think it will block off the hospitality seats that will go in behind the fence from the lower tier seats.
its a gangway safety escape for wheel chair users.
All the millions spent and just like Old Trafford, still no giant screens
Why???

They look like arms on my 60” tv as well🤣, and someone else has confirmed they have always had arms on those few seats.

It’s an interesting one for sure
Why didn't they fill the top corner?
There is no ĥospitality seats in kop end them arm rest seats have always been there
Thanks, any idea why though? Just seems strange
When the stamd was orginally built they where installed then
Very poor for a new stand inside and out
How long is it since you were inside the stand?
