You could move the order of the songs around on the disc after having it all laid out. Like if I wanted to make track 2 track 8. The read and ESP protection was better so my Portable Mini Disc Player never skipped. But iPods came out soon after. Discs were dead after that.

@seanmoyer4563 had this on vinyl/record. Minidisk was amazing shame it dead now. Hopefully vinyl/records will survive they just sound different
