The pastelle shop shut down. I used to make pastelles up until ten years ago for Self and Brother and Sister. A lot of work rolling the masa, and cooking the pastelles.
That’s pretty cool, yeah it would be a lot of work, but I’m sure it was worth it

The square was opened in 1881, so it’s part of our history…it may be a matter of time before it changes
