    Is there any other type of visa called dependent visa other than family reunion which I can apply for my wife and kid? Can I get my family in Germany if I have temporary visa valid for 6 months and I am eligible for blue card but yet to get it.

    hi po! very informative po mga vlogs nio. Ask ko lang sana when do I need to get my own Wohnung for FRV? bago termin nila sa Embassy dapat meron na?

    • @theGermanBrownie
      @theGermanBrownie  3 роки тому

      Ideally, Mas maganda kung meron na kayong wohnung na sarili at swak pag apply ng family ninyo sa Embassy. Kasi after Ma submit ang documents sa Embassy, ikokontak kayo ng Ausländerbehörde dito at hahanapan kayo ng Mietvertrag.

    I have question 😅 you talked about 2.5 apartment: 1 bedroom, 1 sleeping room and 1 for the kid..what if we're only 3, so that 1 sleeping room is just an extra?

    • @theGermanBrownie
      @theGermanBrownie  3 роки тому

      It was just an example to be sure. The room requirement is not clear but it might be questioned by the German authorities especially if the kid is already grown up.
      Just to be clear, a 2-room flat in Germany means one room for Living room and one room for bed room.

    Hi , can you please suggest which visa I should apply as my husband is going on student visa in the month of April 2021 .
    I applied for family reunion and got reply from vfs that your spouse should be residing in Germany for more than 6 month .
    I am really confused weather I should apply for family reunion or employment and dependent visa as he doesn’t have job right now ....please help.

      Thank you for reaching out. That depends on your purpose of coming here. If you are coming here for a job then better to apply for a working visa but if you coming to be with your husband, then you can apply for family reunion visa but the 6-month requirement of residing in Germany should be fulfilled first. And also your husband or the two of you have to hve enough funds to support your daily existence. Another option that you can try is the job search visa. If you think that you can find a job in Germany, then apply for this one. But the job should be related to your qualifications. If you failed to find a job within 6 months, unfortunately you have to leave the country. Id suggest, apply for the family reunion visa.

      @@theGermanBrownie thanks a ton for replying . I just have one more query that vfs is suggesting me to apply under employment and dependent visa , but can I apply under this category even my husband doesn’t have a job in Germany .

    • @theGermanBrownie
      @theGermanBrownie  3 роки тому

      @@myrah6292 you can apply but depending on your financial capacity, your application might be approved or rejected. If your husband has income monthly that is suitable for the two of you then your chance of having your application approved is higher.

    Sir i just received all the needed documents that i need to submit in the auslanderbehörde. I also from Hamburg and i am really confused to where will i submit the documents because there was 2 addresses provided.

      Jhon Lang po. Huwag nang sir 😊. For the family reunion visa, you have to submit the application and the documents sa German Embassy sa Manila. Yong dito sa Germany, iba pa yon, tsaka na yon Pag naka dating na sila dito at kailangan i convert yong visa nila to a residence permit.

      @@theGermanBrownie actually tapos na sila sa german embassy sa manila and then ung sa auslanderamt nagsend sa akin ng email na need ko maisubmit sa knila para maiprocess nila ang visa ng mag ama that sounds so complicated pero yun nga medyo nalito ako to where sa address isend yong docs.

      @@jhoanilagan568 hello Jho, if the Ausländerbehörde asked you to send the documents to them, then dito na sa Germany yan. Send it to their address dito sa Germany. Check the signature part of the e-mail kasi usually nandoon yong address nila. Before you send your documents, scan them too Tapos I send mo sa kanila via email para Mas sigurado.
