All that open space, and he lands in the grass. I’ve done it, and when I’ve done it to a perfectly good aircraft, I shake my head; there’s something psychological about not maintaining control of an aircraft especially during landing and in fairly good weather; basically one just gives up. I fly real aircraft for an airline, and part of our training and professionalism, is flying that plane throughout the landing phase, not just letting it go where it wants to go. I’ve seen expensive RC jets handled like dime store balsa plane, especially during this critical phase of flight. A great flight deserves a great landing. And if the conditions are over your experience level, don’t takeoff 😉
I used Google translate at the end of his flight and he said "I knew i was going to balls up the landing because i needed to stand behind the plane at take off"! Not my words, his.....
Actually the plane has passed away during its fourth flight because of the sudden malfunctioning of the elevator servo. And he is now building a new same plane. The fourth flight was quite impressive, and the engine condition was better than ever. So, himself and we, galleries, never forget that plane flying.
Thomas Lee sorry to hear about the plane being totalled. Hope the engine survived. But as suggested by someone else; a plane this size: dual elevator servo’s, dual receivers, dual receiver batteries! And take your time adjusting the engine before flying, warm it up and do a power check before you go. On the video it ran way rich....
It's a pity to hear that running-in-enginesound in the background all the time while performing just 2nd flight of this plane. Must be very disturbing for the pilot.
Approaching angle and the altitude was all right, but the course was incorrect. It costs just over 7 grand (USD) for this kit and engine, less servos and receiver.
Hey man its his money and his plane. That was just one landing. Everyone has a bad one on occasion . Anyone saying that it hasn't happened to them is lying. Cross winds catch the best of us at times . Not trying to be critical but don't judge on just one landing. Its plan to see that the man has experience because I really don't see a rookie having a plane costing what that plane cost to just go out and fly the first time.
Awesome love the paint job very nice

Beautiful Warbird and scale flying. So sorry to hear it was lost, but glad to hear of rebuilding and/or new. Happy flying. ㊗
Nice flying and a verey cool airplane you got there sounds great .🤠
Takeoffs are optional, landing is mandatory. Very nice plane.
Wow ! Awesome plane and flying 👍👍👍👍
Quite possibly the coolest sounding rc plane i EVER saw lol
This is the little engine....Search Kolm Galloping Ghost ....
I prefer the Moki radials myself. But this was a close second.
Meu amigo, depois que o bicho entra e começa a latejar ja era! É simplesmente imparável e eu só tiro depois que o leite saiu todo!
that's why i have rc boats, but sometimes they take off and you have to go fish them , usually the damage is minimal
No rudder were used making of that video
construction 10 piloting 6... were´re the flaps?
Hot landing but i know it s not easy
Perfect p51

excellent do you know the weight?|
I remember it was around 17kg dry.
Güzel modell,motorun sesi harika.
Eveeeet ! Bende zannediyorum. Çok Teşekkürler ~
İlk uçuşte çok güzel indi. Bu klip ikinci uçuş.
What does him being a doctor have anything to do with it? Ad nauseum.
Wow! Love the CARF 'tang. Is that surface sand or compacted dirt?
Compacted dirt
No scratch nor a damage. Just some dirt on the tip.
he wont have it for long with those landings to practice more

A plane that size I would have split the elevators with separate servos.
I think this is a case of too much money and wide eyes and not enough basic flying skill

@@JetCatKorea Sorry to hear that. Beautiful aircraft and scale flying.
Rookie!!!!
He is a experienced pilot, but made a mistake that day.
His maiden with this plane was excellent when landing.
What did you use for the gun lights?? Sound?
LED lighting system made in Korea.
Not Sound.
The pilot in the video is me.

The pilot didn't seem to care about it.
But I agree with you.
I just hate when people want to run their engines at the flying field. LMFAO!
Rookie
Pilot unfortunately not mastered the Derry turn yet. Shame.
HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU SPEND ON THIS PLANE?? WITH OUT CONTROL...
(TERRIBLE LANDING)🤪

@@JetCatKorea..NICE !!! AND EXPENSIVE !!
If you have to ask, you can't afford it.
didnt even run up the engine, he wont have this model long if he cant land it, more money than experience i think!
