Excellent interview and great perspectives. I'm a pm with 20ish yrs experience. One thing that some engineers who want to pivot to the role don't get at first is being a PM is not just defining a product or a feature, its defining the business and the "how will we get to revenue" as well. When you come up with something, you have to know if your sales team can actually sell it. That really goes to the "you have to enjoy interacting with all sorts of people" aspect of the role. It's also very helpful if you can explain things at many different levels. You have to get understanding of your product not just from the device, but sales, legal and accounting, as well as your executive management. But again, I really enjoyed this chat.
all the podcasts r welcoming, friendly people r there :) thank u Tiff to make us these video to have another prospective about tech, about the world! :) there r tons of things to talk about :)
I'd have to say as a software engineer, having a good PM basically makes or breaks how enjoyable a job is. The best PM's I've had were often devs beforehand.
I really love your questions Tiff!, because you let us know deeply why other people does what they do, we all evolve and take several ways to pursue what we work on at the end! :)

I love the idea of a product manager being technical enough to speak the language of the developers! Amazing interview!

Nice video 📸🙂🙂🙂🙂
Thank you!!
Hey tiff, that girl you interviewed she's cute and very helpful 😍
The only downside with a non-tech pm is that they are often not as "good" as a pm who was a dev him-/herself.
Fantabulous
awsome!
Nice 👍
