    Jesse used to go to my BJJ gym on Friday nights and we would do no gi. He was strong as an ox and so freaking good. I had just started grappling and he was always cool with me and never bullied anybody. I've enjoyed following his career and think it stinks he got cut from the UFC for a few things far lesser fighters have gotten away with in that organization. Also proud that he comes from the same part of San Diego that I grew up in.

      @EliTried  Рік тому

      This doesn't include his lesser known promotions before the UFC, where he fought about 15-20 of those fights. In the UFC Diego Sanchez averaged about 43k a fight which is below his worth but a steady income for a fighter.

And are you framing the infamous ultimate fighter contract as a profitable situation? You don't know what you're talking about. The pay increase required straight back to back victories, other wise with a single loss you are a prisoner to that 12 and 12. Formally it was lesser than 12 and 12. (10k show 10k win) my former coach was a prisoner to the TUF contract. During her career and years after her retirement.

    Sanchez made a whopping 1.4 million?
    I'm sorry, but for how long, how many and his name value. That's piss poor. Especially considering there are relatively unknown PFL guys making $1 million in tournaments
