Bravo! 🎉 I feel like I just took a masterclass on horror movie poster making. Yo, that was impressive. 🔥🔥 Great video as always and your approach to explaining your process is *chef’s kiss 🤌🏽. Kudos friend.
Greetings from India! Wow! What you have showed is just a shortcut to what exactly happens behind the scenes at those expensive photoshoot for a keyart! Thankyou a ton for showing all these details for all of us and these going to help us a ton for sure! Personal suggestion: I thought that you have a happy face on those posters and if you have shooted with scary face expression then these posters would even blowout like Fantastic! Just my personal preference. Do you agree with this, brother!?
Thank you so much Sarah! I really appreciate the nice comment, and I’m glad you like the posters! For this project I only made three, but that was just to show that it’s very rarely (if ever) a one and done design for real world clients. Whenever I have made key art for real productions I will do anywhere from 6-12 designs in a round of concepts, but depending on the client I will either need to make a few rounds of edits or come up with completely new ideas which can go several rounds.

I am obsessed, these are so good! Thanks for sharing!! How many iterations do you usually have to make before getting to the final version?
