Too many people purposely going into enclosures, at least one parent threw their kid into an enclosure. Not saying this person meant fall in sounds as though he was going for a better spot but in a not so safe/smart way, but I absolutely hate the fact that the administration decides that because of what people do if the animals go off their natural instincts and attacks they automatically kill the animals. I have an absolute problem with that. Same as dogs being put down for owners refusing to protect their dog from biting especially if they have been on noticed and warned that one more time the dog will get put down. I just don’t think it’s our right to put animals down because their population interferes with our wants, desires, or inconvenience. That would be no different say Planet of the Apes scenario, and they put humans down for the same bs reasons. Logically (although I am basing my comments off of my feelings and morality, I’m guess I am a sensitive) this makes us hypocritical. So many more humans than any other animals, and it’s not the animals trashing the planet, polluting, killing for sport, it’s us.😞 I wish we had laws to protect animals as Turkey does. I hope some day soon we can follow their lead with protecting animals. I apologize for my rant, as I watch this story it reminded me of the giraffe that was put down, a gorilla who didn’t actually hurt anyone and could have been tranquilized instead of shot, and there have been more. It just stirred up some emotions.
