On my journey to remixing the whole world, I stopped in Istanbul. For this 'Sampling the World' episode, I challenged myself to record around 40 different sounds from forty different people. My trip there was amazing and the people I met were amongst the most welcoming I've never met. The process of creation of this piece was delightful, I hope you'll like it.

Istanbul has been one of the most welcoming cities I’ve been too. I was there during a very tough time right after the lockdown and I will remember the kindness and generosity of these people forever.
