  • Our journey now takes us along Route 13, a classic Swiss mountain road that snakes its way southward. As we drive, notice how the road weaves through the heart of the Swiss Alps, connecting some of the country’s most iconic landscapes. We approach the legendary San Bernardino Pass, one of the most dramatic drives in the Alps. The road curves and climbs, each hairpin turn offering a new perspective of the jagged peaks and sweeping valleys. Descending from the pass, we reach the southern end of San Bernardino, where the landscape begins to change. Lush green forests and rolling hills replace the stark rock formations of the high Alps, creating a picturesque backdrop as we continue our journey.
Our route now takes us near the breathtaking Viamala Gorge. This natural wonder is a deep ravine carved by the river, with towering cliffs rising on either side. Onwards we travel through the small town of Thusis, nestled in a valley along Route 13. This charming alpine town, surrounded by mountain peaks
