Dude, I am a hardcore Iron Maiden Fan. I grew up with them and I was very skeptical of this before I listened to it. I mean come on, it’s Iron Maiden. There’s absolutely nothin Iron about a piano. Let me just say, this is absolutely stunning. I would never have imagined that such a song could be redone in such a manner but holy shit you knocked it out of the atmosphere. This was the first video of yours I had seen and I’m hooked. I gotta see what else uou got.

With all due respect. It would be very unfair to present one singer who's voice is fire while the other one already lost it years ago.
Iron Maiden is my alltime favorite band and Bruce is a vocal god, but your version gave me goosebumps. Such an awesome take on this song, it fits the piano so well and the lyrics have more room to breathe than in the full band version.

I consider myself a pretty hardcore heavy metal fan, and my taste have just become heavier and heavier over the years. But I always come back to Iron Maiden now and then. They were even the first band I actually saw performing live. Here I am, ugly crying while drinking my morning coffee. This was a truly amazing cover.

My very first cassette tape was from a friend up the road. He gave me Eurythmics Revenge on one side and Iron Maiden's first album on the other. I was 7 or maybe 8 years old. You're messing with some serious building blocks of my childhood here!
Wasted Years is also one of my all time favorites. I don't know how many hours I poured over the Somewhere In Time cover artwork, but this was always the stand out track for me, on that album.

Somewhere in Time was the first Maiden album i owned and for that it will always be my favorite. Like you said the artwork alone was incredible and when I first heard Wasted Years I was hooked to the song.

Damn! I used to be a paramilitary contractor and traveled quite a bit. Iron Maiden being one of my favorite bands, I use to listen to this song all the time while deployed. It had a huge impact on me, then I heard your version. Man, it floored me and had me in tears driving down the road. Just an amazing effort. Thank you for doing this.
