I’ve been a member for about 6 years and this box has gone so downhill. This use to come in a beautiful box and then wrapped in tissue and the products were always such a wonderful surprise. Now it’s in a cardboard that is usually squashed with a piece of tissue and the products a usuallly sample size. Not a great surprise at all. Also I have missed out on numerous boxes and when I message them they ask for proof and basically say your being dishonest. Really bad customer support.
Honestly I prefer the box now, I cancelled my subscription years ago because of the same cheap brands but now I prefer smaller sizes but more expensive products to try

I can understand they’re trying to be more sustainable and reduce on packaging and print but it did used to feel like a lovely treat whereas now it’s just a few underwhelming products thrown together in a clunky box. Have been a subscriber for so long but really considering cancelling it.
I had friends that stopped their subscription as they were fed up with repeats, & very small samples And issues with service. But i read that more on other yt sites lot of unhappy customers .

This is amazing - I was just about to buy two of those products and the others are brilliant! I love the new box - about time beauty brands thought of the environment as well as how to disguise my hideousness!😅
November? Waiting for my october box . Really hope that eye cream works on my Gucci bags 😂 I had a Ouai body cream in the scent Melrose place. Loved the scent,and the cream was so moisturising.
I prefer luxury brands smaller sizes than opposite. Not sure what to complain about - amazing boxes every time. For 15 EUR - I feel always treated well. Exciting expectations every month. So many beautiful products to try. I just don’t get wish of receiving larger sizes - total price is approximately 60 EUR - so with larger size comes cheaper products. My wish is to try the products, so I can purchase the ones I loved the most later. I am already so bored about Rituals, Lord and berry products, never use them and they usually full size. I am not sure why they been added to beauty boxes at all - so people know what exactly not to purchase in shops…
Now if they gave us 5 - 10 of that wrinkle remover cream, it might work on me. I heard you say glittery eye shadowand thought oh here we go again, I'm 66, but wow what a nice colour, I'll look forward to that, the scalp scrub I didn't need got about 5 tubs of the stuff, I use dry shampoos and then I use a scalp scrub when I wash my hair to make sure I get it all out. I don't put lots of products on my hair as its fine hair so I can't. The rest though I'll happily try and some of these are new to me so I'll enjoy trying them, but I do agree, I'd of rather less products but bigger sizes, well they are trying now I souldn't complain but the sizes of a few are minute. XX 😅😘🥰
Have you tried the TOYL box? All products for 40+ women. I've been quite impressed so far. Full sizes and you can preview the box and pause it if it's not for you that month.
@@louisehunt7841yes but I'm allergic to rose and lavender essential oils and alot of products in this (Toyl) have them in too many products, once I'd seen the preview, I had to check so many products and so many have them in that I cancelled as I was pausing more than buying the edit. 😢❤
I wish we had more beauty boxes in NL. LF is the only one ( I know of) that does not put drugstore products in the box, like Nivea, Dove, Andrelon etc.). I miss the Deautybox.
For the first time in a very looonggg time lol I’m actually looking forward to this months box. Any scalp scrub my boys love using and I also use it to prep my hair before I go to the hairdressers to get my colour done. Love the Ouai spray and even at that size it lasts ages, the Elemis will go straight into my mums Christmas box and the last 2 products I’ve been wanting to try as the PTR eye treatment went viral so I’m chuffed I finally get to try it and those Ciate marbled shadows are stunning 🤩 so yeah I can’t wait to get my box now, thanks Claire for the preview xx
As much as I love some Lookfantastic boxes they’re becoming like Glossybox with big variations so you either get a good box or an iffy box. I got the Ouai Conditioner and a mini Molten Brown as my lucky dips.
Inspired by this video I went to a shop to find Bondi Sand self-tanning spray and was surprised to read that it takes 6 hours to set!! 😮 When and how do you use it?
It's very hit or miss, especially over past few years. They use to be super good with theming too for each month and they don't seem to do that now either. After watching this i also realized i wasn't sent everything.
I just realised this month's box probs won't be the same for all. 3x products everyone gets and then 3 products chose from 10 products. I want the OUAI Leave in, and probs won't get it...

I just cancelled this sub box after about 2 years. I’ve changed it for Treatbox. It would be amazing if you gave Treatbox a go 💖

The LF boxes are getting sadly worse with even passing month. I got 3 hair product items ...very poor. Thinking of cancelling.
Agree. Just re subscribed for my partner after some time out. Hopefully not going to disappoint.

I think their makeup brands included are much better now. When I subscribed before, the makeup was never very good.

I think they just aren’t allowing new subscriptions. Glossybox has discontinued in Canada and US.
