½ cup mustard oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Fenugreek leaves
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
¼ teaspoon kalongi
2 pinch hing
2 red whole chilli
1 medium size onion finely chopped
4 to 5 green chilli chopped (as per taste)
1 teaspoon ginger grated
4 medium size tomato roughly chopped
1 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
½ teaspoon Kashmiri Red chilli powder
½ teaspoon Red chilli powder (as per taste)
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coarsely grind coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 + 1 tablespoon green coriander leaves finely chopped
green chilli chopped for garnishing (optional)

Aapne bahut ziyada testy sabji banae h relwe station wali sabji itni gandi hoti h mai aapko keya bataun , jab ham surat se Allahabad aate h kabhi kabhi khate h , hame toh apna tiffin ka basi sabji hi acchi lagti h 😅
