A Texas-based singer/songwriter known for his wide-ranging fusion of pop, rock, folk, electronic, bluegrass, and hip-hop, David Crowder rose to success in the early 2000s as the leader of the church music group The David Crowder*Band. Over the next decade, the band racked up numerous Dove Awards for their inspirational rock sound, releasing popular albums like Illuminate (2003), Remedy (2007), and Give Us Rest (2012). Rebranding in 2012, simply as Crowder, the singer launched an equally successful, though more stylistically varied, solo career with albums like 2014’s Neon Steeple, 2016’s American Prodigal, and 2018’s I Know A Ghost.

I've been going through such a hard time here lately. But just sitting here listening to this song makes me know that I am so blessed with a roof over my head, an amazing man/father to my daughter that I'm having tomorrow, and for my wonderful family! God is good!

This song holds the best memory I ever had so far, God's spirit moved me I was gone far depressed as always trying to find my way alone in my room like so many times before, i'd drink a lot and smoke and other bad stuff, then God moved me to surrender and I had the Holy spirit moving through my veins. I wrote on my wall with a permanent marker Jezus Lives in my own language and danced to this song evrything was so full and beatifull even my guitar sounded so full. that i had to get used to the normal sound when the feeling was gone. a while after that i got really sick a lot happend and almost killed myself after a voice told me so. but i'll never ever forget that moment that God made his love go through my veins i was the happiest man alive. Jezus lives and when life sucks for me, it was even harder for Jezus thanks. You love me with my all broken pieces and stuff.
Tldr: felt God's love in body danced in room to this song.

God loves you and even when you don’t have those mountain top experiences every day, remember that our God will never abandon us ...even when we may not feel His wonderful presence we trust Him and His promise that He will NEVER leave us nor forsake us! We can count on Him. He is for us , who can stand against us. No weapon formed against you will prosper in Jesus name. You are , and always will be a child of the MOST HIGH GOD! His plan for you is good ! I pray even after two years you are walking strong in the Lord . Praise God and thank you for such a beautiful song! I sang it with you hallelujah! I have been narcoleptic all day, heading for a seizure, and this song came up and cleared my head for a while. You may know I was a gospel music teacher, but now sometimes don’t even have the strength to speak. But this song so lifted my heart! I didn’t do it justice but inside I was singing it it enough, and outside it was still fun if a lil weak.

I like this song. It seems more like a roller coaster anymore, rather than mountains and valleys. I can go from elated to the pit in 60 seconds. I think it’s called rapid cycling. Wish for more stability and steadier state of existence.

This is just one of those songs that brings a smile to my face. I love Crowder and had the privilege of seeing him live in concert, and it was one of the best nights ever. David's music has a way taking you back to the first day that you truly brought God into your life be a Bible School bearded Dirty Bit at 40 it it 60 it doesn't really matter there's something about the way he writes the way he sings He himself that makes you feel just what he's saying and know that God's in every word whether it's something he's wrote something from the past David has a way of making you feel you're right there with him and God is right there too many of my friends had never heard of him are those who had just hadn't taking the time to listen but once I brought them and put it to it put it in their face now they can't get enough thank you David and Crowder and all the others that the despecialized with you for doing the music we want to hear praise God there's people out there that still know how to!
