Yea, this is likely one of if not the most cursed warlord in the entire timeline. I'm really thankful that you appreciate how I've built this timeline, I put in quite a lot of work and thought to produce this series! Also yes there are two HRE remnants. The first one is the Brotherhood of National Purity which I made a video on a few days ago, it's the unofficial successor the Ural Purification League, however the Brotherhood of National Purity has abandoned the notion that Alexei is still alive and also has abandoned all attachment to clerical fundamentalism. Its primary focus is achieving racial and ethnic purity no matter the cost, seeking to destroy and murder all non-russians and every non-russian legacy or influence within their borders. The second one is the Holy Order of Irkutsk which I haven't covered it yet, so I'm not going to leak anything about it and instead leave it as a suprise for when it comes.

In real life, Irtyshov was a serial rapist and murderer around the same time the Post-Abbadon timeline takes place so in my opinion it makes sense in my opinion that he is the one to lead this evil warlord state.
