How can he be a Senior guy and have all the clearances and didn’t see anything by his own eyes …all are reported to him or told to him by someone else?????

Grusch has TS/SCI clearance (Special Compartmentalized Information). The guys coming to him (40 of them) had TS/SAP (Special Access projects). The TS/SAP personnel are still working in the above black projects who were coming to him wih pictures, documents, and testemony of what is happening.
Regarding Bob Lazar - The CIA's disinformation tradecraft is the very best in the world. By far. They erased him in Governmental employment systems, and also manipulated a long list of his other historical data to him. Not to mention executed numerous actions to terrorize him, up to and including near miss assasination attempts (by design likely). To scare him into a cave.
