Sub inspectors who are assigned as an Investigation officer for any register crime , should have an mandate qualification of LLB and LLM ,for giving specific section involved for crime taken place and should register under applicable crpc to punish the criminals for the Complaint raised by complainant or any others...... THE PRESENT SITUATION IS VERY WORST....AS I PERSONALLY SEEN THAT AN INVESTIGATION OFFICER ,IS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND OR READ THE PETITION FILED AND UNABLE TO ENQUIRE OR INVESTIGATE FOR THE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCES SUBMITTED.....THESE KIND OF ILLITERATE AND UNEDUCATED SUB INSPECTORS ARE NOT FIT AS AN INVESTIGATION OFFICERS..........INTERPRETING LAW AND PETITION FILED IN DIFFERENT WAY ,IN THEIR OWN MANNER AND RESCUING THE CRIMINALS ,WHICH IS LEADING TO BIG DAMAGE TO THE LIVING SOCIETY ....... DUE TO THESE UNFIT INVESTIGATION OFFICERS , THE NUMBERS OF CASES ARE STILL NOT SOLVED IN COURTS AND DAY BY INCREASING .......HENCE GOVERNMENT SHOULD MAKE A MANDATE QUALIFICATION AS L.L.B and LLM for SUB INSPECTORS who are taking the position of an Investigation Officer......... and one more funniest thing is that the I NEVER SEEN A WORST CIRCLE INSPECTOR Who wants to make petitioners in to fear without finding the real facts and truth in the genuine petitions .......KINDLY DELETE FRIENDLY POLICE CALLER TUNE IN ALL POLICE MOBILES OR PHONES.....
