I remember when I first heard “stupid doo doo dumb” I was 10-11 years old I wasn’t allowed to listen to rap but my mom dropped me off at my uncles house and he had the old school receiver and house speakers that were taller than me. I remember hearing the phone conversation at the beginning and was confused why we were listening to this random voice message so loud but Once the Bass Dropped I remember falling in love with the beat instantly it was like nothing I’ve ever heard and that was one of my favorite songs and still is that Bass is like no other!!! I went home and searched it up on lime wire and played it over and over full blast! Thank K Lou I’ll never forget that moment of my childhood mainly because of that beat 🙏 TIP MAC DRE.
I was With some Hommies driving and ended up behind a parade that just finished and Stupid Doo doo Dumb came on and my boy had beat so when it dropped I l was like damn this slaps so hard

That joint is super hard. Definitely in my top 5 Dre joints... I remember being a messenger in the City and going to the Warehouse record store on Market when they used to let you listen to music through the headphones. I didn't even know Dre was out, but I was like..dam, this joint is crazy! Even before the Thizz thing took off. I was like, oh...Dre different, this about to go 😂
I remember being up at the Barrett studio with lil Ric and we was deep in the booth freestylin have fun off a beat Ric made on the spot.. This was like 95 96… Fun times 🔥🔥💯💯💯 This when Ric made Manorizm with 40 over the phone…
Always wanted to know who made the beats on this album and also “The Golden State” by N2Deep. Those beats went dumbass hard and unique as well one of a kind !
