Editor's Note:
5:23 when Marcus is showing the spare model: This is actually an example for a too thick paint layer.
Just ask, if there are any other confusions. thanks, and stay tuned for the next video! ☺
Thank you 🙏
As someone who works 13-hour shifts (that’s not a typo) at a coal mine that switch from days-to-nights, and nights-to-days 4 or 5 times a month, AND have a family-I find that I always tend to take those shortcuts. 😅 I basically use speed/contrast paints, maybe do a drybrush, and I always forget to varnish the model in the end.
Time is a very valuable luxury I just don’t have… I’ll maybe get one or two models done in a month. 😿
I am sorry to hear that. I would never say that you should not do whatever you think is the right thing to do :) it’s just my opinion of how to get better :) thank you for watching my video :)
Good tips but what you rly have to show to the noobs is stuff like 'if you overpaint with acryl you can wipe it away with a wet brush real quick
That’s a very good idea, I have several ways of fixing little things and will put it on my video list ❤️ thank you for watching my videos and hope you like them :)
Nice vid, congrats 🤜🤛
Thank you so much ❤
Wieder ein super Video 🙂
Vielen Dank 😊 ❤️❤️❤️
Camera's over here, mate 😂
🤷🏼♂️🤭
Thanks confirming my painting choices ! Do the boring important stuff first and do the fancy stuff later if it doesn't look good yet 😂
Thinning is a skill 😅
Many coats is ok !
Very welcome :D and thank you for watching and commenting 💪🏼 keep on painting
@@MarcusMiniatures yeah 👍 I'm soon through my first army. It's kruelboys and I focused on batch painting one unit at a time. One color per session. So yeah trusting the process was key. I found that it helps me get in the zone doing so many times the same thing over and over. It might kill the groove for some but it was so much more rewarding to have 20 hobgrots ready all at once 😎
That’s amazing ❤ great job. It’s always so nice to finish something. Best feeling
Finished, not perfect is the best advice you gave. Finished lets you learn more than agonizing over perfect.
It changed my life as an artist a lot… thank you very much for commenting and watching my video, it’s a lot of work and it’s great to see people find something that they like about them.
Mega Video! paint consistency sehr gut erklärt. Damit strugglen viele.
Danke danke ❤️
No offense but you like a regular sized painter.
I am a regular sized painter :D
Great suggestions, thanks!
Very welcome! Thank you for watching my video ❤️
Wet pallets aren't necessary.
Of course it’s not necessary, but it helps a lot of painters :)
@@MarcusMiniatures not as much as everyone believes. Wet pallets are the biggest scam in the hobby.
@@JPGotrokkitsok, thank you for the feedback. I think everybody can choose there own equipment :)
@MarcusMiniatures heh, I probably came on stronger than intended. Of course, use what suits you best as a painter.
Finished, Not perfect.
Ist super.
Sage auch immer für Leute die anfangen, bemalt ist immer besser.
Ich liebe es ❤ so viel Wahrheit in dem Video
