I’m not sure if anyone else suggested this, but maybe Cleveland could do tutorials around the house like changing light fixtures, and things like that. I’m a new homeowner in the way. He describes things was easy to understand.

I traveled to Florida (Destin) for the first time this year, and I can say I understand you all’s love for fl, it was such a beautiful place! the beach, food, people etc. etc was a 10/10. My family is already talking about going back!😊🤍
The fact that this is in Florida is simply amazing! Many have to travel to other states, countries to have this experience and just a few hours away is a beautiful horse back riding trail.
