I got the cannon ball badge a year ago when I was on the broken parts of my pirate ship. I shot a cannon I found In the water and it landed on a broken part. I baited the shark to walk into it. It worked and I was happy.
When I was new in the game, I used a pirate ship, a person drives my ship while I sat on the cannonball, I intently shoot the shark wih it and I got it first try, now I got all the badges in sharkbite.
The pirate ship was the first boat i buyed when i started to play sharkbite, when i was newbie in sharkbite, then i did a shoot in the shark and i got the badge .-.
I have 2 theories theory 1: only 5 can get it every 24 hours then it stops giving the badge for the day. And theory 2: u have to kill it with only cannon balls and nothing else. Hope this helps

The rarest badge must be the beta shark badge because you had to play in 2018 as I am one of the people to have it. It’s so rare it doesn’t even show up as a badge on the game.

i got the badge today, i think you have to hit it in the middle of the shark. the hit at 2:57 could maybe not have been counted because: 1. you hit the tail of the shark and not the middle or 2. the badge says "fired from the Pirate Ship" and you were on the dutchman
You might need to shoot the shark in the mouth. When I got it, the shark was charging at me. I was trying to get this badge for 30 minutes, so it is not the first cannon.
I was with my friend and we were trying to get the badge (in the Flying Dutchman) and he lined me up I shot and I got the badge also this was not a alt account it was a player that was moving, for my friend I rammed into a island (again he used the Flying Dutchman ) he shot the cannon and he also got the badge so for you i think it’s just gliched

Not the rarest, both the titanic and rgb sleigh badges are less completed, the sleigh badge has one tenth the completions as cannonballs badge. And tbhcis pretty easy to get, i was foing for every badge, got to cannonballs, and got it on my first round with puratw ship.

The way my friends and i did it we got private server shark goes in corner we bounce ball of wall onto shark worked for all of us first try.
