The total distance from Skardu airport to Soq Valley is 20 Km (You have to hire a Jeep to reach Soq) and yes there are washrooms there, even there is a well known Resort called Safari Resort, where u can enjoy their Fish farm and the cherry garden, watch complete details of Safari Resort on my channel with the name of "Organic Village Skardu Safari Resort Soq valley"
You can hire a jeep from Airport or can also hire at the lower Kachura lake (Shangrila resort) at cost of around 3000 Rs (do bargain or can find more jeeps) Don't go for more than 3000Rs as the distance is just 20Km
