I am visiting France, and our tour stopped in Arromanches today. Saw the 360° film about the Allied invasion of Normandy, which happened in and around Arromanches as well as at other beaches. The heroism displayed by the invading troops of all nations that participated on June 6, 1944, and subsequent dates is incredible and deserving of eternal remembrance. This march is a fitting tribute to them all.

The romanticism of these wonderful marches makes me sad for the passing of our beautiful Queen .
May her soul rest in peace 🇬🇧
Wow! Such a great march!
magnificent!
I love this song after hearing it at the end of the 2019 trooping of the Colour
May be the composer was inspired by K.J Alford/J.F Ricketts??
