Another brilliant video of an incredible location around San Pedro de Atacama which I drove to in 1989 in my trusty 1969 VW campervan. I remember taking a NZ geologist to the Valle de la Luna which helped inspire me to learn about geology and therefore having a greater understanding of the magnificent and extraordinary diverse formations around the world that you have captured so magnificently. Many memories come flooding back.

Todo un lugar muy especial increíble mente solitario montañas milinares dónde el tiempo hizo su obra a su manera con diseños exclusivos pero asombrosamente habitadas por bellos animales,, con abundancia de manantiales ,, creo que se debe visitar en otoño o invierno pues el sol debe ser muy fuerte para un lugar tan inóspito ,pero tiene um gran encantó,, un gran vídeo con su música especial justa para el paisaje...... gracias

Observando el valle de la luna, con esas columnas rocosas, uno se da cuenta que toda esa zona hace millones de años formaba parte del mar, incluso cuando miraba, me imaginaba todo eso bajo el agua, es maravilloso ver como cambia la tierra en plazos larguísimos comparado con nuestras vidas, somos como hormigas en el jardín de la vida.
Observing the valley of the moon, with those rocky columns, one realizes that all that area millions of years ago was part of the sea, even when I looked, I imagined all that under water, it is wonderful to see how the earth changes in time very long compared to our lives, we are like ants in the garden of life.
