Gopali di , if Jahnvi feels sleepy all day , please ask her to go for Haemoglobin level checkup. I am a medical Student . Even I use to feel the same in my past and after test my Hb level was found to be less. Also , oversleeping can also result in feeling of sleepiness ✨✨✨✨

Even I feel sleepy all day which results in me doing nothing and being lazy.
I sleep for maybe 10-12 hours a day so I think I feel sleepy because I oversleep.
And I really want to sleep less but the day I sleep less I get a bad headache. Pls tell me why do I get this bad headache and what should I do to avoid it.
I also feel sleepy all day. And my hb level is also very less.. Didn't knew this was the reason I feel sleepy 😒

@@SelinaBhosale I am not a doctor though, but choose the best time for your sleep. 6- 8 hours is enough. For some 6 is the one , for some 7 hours of sleep and for some 8 hours. See what works best for you. Also the time when you go to sleep matters. If it is at 1 or 2 in night, you are ought to get a headache due to your altered circadian cycle. Also avoid any gadget minimum 1 hour before going to bed. Eat a light dinner. A small night walk can be a good option. Don't listen to loud music at night. I hope this helps ✨❤️

I love organising wardrobes…. Basically that’s kinda my hobby. I start organising everyone’s wardrobe in my house when I get some free time or when I am bored or feeling low. So it’s like a therapy to me 😅😅
This vlog was more was revealing childhood memories n less shifting surprisly I was also cleaning my room n found my diary n i have a lot of remark which are sign by me only 😂also now me n my sis also have different room n everything Gopali said was so true n when I was a child I used to do the same like cutout of actor n actress n paste it on book one more thing I had recently found my childhood pics n after seeing it I was went aww I looked cute when I was small 😭this vlog gave back so many memories ✨❤
