I'm actually impressed they managed to turn her kit into something fun and surprisingly strong. There's still RNG involved in her S1 until she collects all the Exodia cards (with upgraded version from 6th time) but the ramp up is a lot faster now. I like using her together with Horus. She could be a good contender for NM250 Full Auto CA team since can dispel x 2 on enemy trigger amongst other stuff.

Horus = I've seen people use S.Seruel and Nehan to pump out several CAs per turn.
Makura = Not really. You can try without her but it gets riskier since your tank doesn't get the undying+full heal+skill reset.
