    (SPEECH)
    Stand with your feet firmly on the ground. Legs, hip width apart with your arms at your sides.
    Allow your breath to be natural and your eyes softly looking at the ground to short distance ahead of you.
    Inhaling, raise your arms upward bringing the palms of your hands toward each other. Now, lower one arm down to your side, tapping the outside of your leg when it gets there.
    Bring that same arm back up.
    Now, repeat this motion on the other side continuing the movement at your own pace.
    Continue the movement a few more times per side.
    [MUSIC PLAYING]
    Slow your movement and return to standing still with your arms at your sides.
    Take one more final breath in and out.
