Anica & Debbie ~ I took both of your suggestions and managed to draw something I could live with! That probably doesn’t sound all that great but believe me it’s a vast improvement over what I had going on before you both helped me! The “stars” in the center actually look like stars! My octagon shapes are a bit wonky but I’m ok with that for now. Thank you both so very much - you were very kind and helpful! 💞
Ahhh, a little piece of a quilt, so pretty! This one could go in several directions depending on how it was shaded. Very neat, I really should use grids more often. Thanks again Anica❤ By the way, if I am figuring time zones correctly, you are a night owl😉
This one was a total bust for me. If the lines of the spokes don’t line up, in my opinion, it looks pretty bad and mine definitely did not. So far I haven’t figured out how to accomplish that. I even found the original step out and it still didn’t work for me.
I’d suggest you to prepare the triangular grid and then fill each triangle with a fragment that you can see at 13:19. You will get the same result, but it might be easier to approach it like that.
Marilyn it would be easier for you to start with a straight lined triangular grid. If your triangles are equilateral it’s much easier to get this tangle to function. If your spokes are too long and not centralised in the corners of the triangles the stars will lose their shape. Hope this helps. 😍
Wow! A little complicated , but I see Stars ⭐! Thank you!
Glad you liked it! ❤️

That is awesome, Marylinne! 🥰

Oh no, I’m the opposite of that. 😁 I’m consistently in bed around 9.30-10 and wake up around 6. ✨✨✨
@ Aging equals sleepless nights. I am up at 2a.m. and starting my 5 mile walk at 3! Lots of tangle time🤭
Awesome!
Thanks! 🩷
Thanks! 💕
