What happen to the 115 charges against City?
Hey Charles, Liam Delap was sold by City for 20 million pounds! And a 20% sell on clause. I know he played well for Hull but still that is quite a large sum of money. Credit to City, they sell well.
Sometimes I wonder whether transfer sums are for the book and the money is moved around underhand. I'm not accusing anyone or anything but just thinking generally and certainly not related to the above point.
Many other players too , Chelsea, Villa, Newcastle, Leeds, Forest & I think Man City have received mad money for some player sales this window.

It’s what happens when the likes of edu and Arteta throw money at crap players and then end up having to loan them out instead of selling them. They’re useless and hamstring themselves repeatedly.
We all know Sevilla are not paying it. It’s a poor deal from Arsenal. Unless he becomes one of the best midfielders in La liga (doubtful) he will be back next summer when he will be sold for about £4m as he will have a year left and Arsenal will be desperate to just get some money in.
Hi Charles. Not Arsenal related but I think we should do everything we can possible and try and get Jurgen Klopp to replace Southgate next. Just imagine what he could do with this group of players and the levels that he would take them up.

Have you watched the season in review part 1 that arsenal put out on their channel? It’s very interesting to see how different the team was at the beginning of the season. One of the main standouts was Eddie. He was scoring goals left and right to include a hat trick. What do you think happened for him to lose his spot/after seeing his performances in the early season does that make you wonder whether we should integrate him into the squad or stick to the 50mil price tag? Also Viera, zinchenko, and some others played a lot more than I remembered early on and looked great. Makes you appreciate/value the squad depth. Would like to hear your thoughts
Declan Rice has been a monster in the Euros, apart from the Xavi goal for which he was culpable, he has been one of the best dms in the tournament.
He hit the post twice in a couple of games, had he scored, these casuals would have been singing another tune.
I thought Lokonga’s loan had a mandatory clause to buy as long as he hits agreed performance targets….? Arsenal would be idiots to agree to just a straight loan again and lose yet more money while doing yet another club a favour, surely 😢

I don’t understand why we would agree to a loan for Lokonga without a mandatory transfer. He just had a reasonable season for Luton in the premier league. There must be a bigger market than just Sevilla for him.

Knowing the Euro and Copa tournaments were going to be taking place this summer, I would have expected the club to have identified targets and have had transfer plans in place well in advance-similar to the manner in which the Declan Rice transfer was handled. I don’t think the first team needs much improvement, and the focus is most likely on improving the second team, but it just seems we are lagging-AGAIN!
People can't resist the opportunity to dump crap on Arsenal players. I don't understand this hate. Rice has been decent in most games and I'm sure no one would have said anything negative about him if he were still at West Ham.
Declan Rice has been genuinely shocking, his SHORT pass completion is at 93.8%. That means he’s misplaced 15 SHORT passes. Mainoo was at 96.6 for example playing just over half the minutes of Declan Rice. Out of 530 attempted passes only 4 were key passes. Mainoo made 3 in 203 attempts. Rice contributed 0.5 expect goals + assists all tournament compared to Mainoo 0.8. Declan rice 3.5 tackles and interceptions per 90 against Mainoos 3.4 (playing further up the pitch as well). Rice tackle completion was at 62.5% whereas Mainoo was at 80%. Top it of with the eye test looked like a deer in headlights for 70+ minutes a game. I think he had moments were he did things other England players couldn’t do, and I agree hes our best DM, but don’t peddle this nonsense that he was even at least average this tournement. If you watch the full 90s again and watch the moments England lose the ball in the middle third it was usually Rice. Trying to blame Mainoo for rices poor moments just embarrassing. Im not even a United fan. When 90% of the world is telling you he was bad and the other 10% is Arsenal fans you surely have to take a look at yourself.

With Sambi, there’s a €3m loan fee too so if they do trigger the release clause then it’ll be €15m total which isn’t too bad
Making a loss on a young player is always bad. Making a loss IF they decide to take the option is absolute shite.
No deals done are good deals we over pay for players most times and under sale our players if Sambi and Nuno were at Chelsea no way will they’ll be sold for that low. You can’t explain how Chelsea academy players are sold for more than our 1st team squad players. We need to overhaul the transfer team sack the negotiators and hire new someone competent to handle our transfers.
I wonder if Villa will go for Smith-Rowe next.
You all must take a look of the figures some clubs in the prem who have sold 1st team & youth team players for. Crucial to have a minimum of 20% sell on clauses for player sales. Some laughable 15-30+ mill signings taking place.

Declan Rice has had a fantastic tournament for England and was a defensive stalwart that was crucial to our (Arsenal) run for the Title.
However there is a little truth in the criticism albeit that it has as usual been hugely overblown…
Declan rice has the talent for hitting short medium and long progressive passes with incredible accuracy.
However it is not his natural instinct to do it when playing as a No 6 and tends perhaps 8 out of 10 times to play safe short sideways and backwards passes which frustrated me a teeny bit in parts of last season. The defensive part of his game though was as good as it gets!
I was however much happier overall when Partey (King of progressive passes!) returned and he Declan played as an 8 and was a revelation
In summary when playing as a 6 Declan can play progressive passes but tends not to as it’s not his natural instinct

Villa getting onana done in hrs and we have the usual three week pissing around negotiations for a player that could have been wrapped up in no time. Yes they owe 50% months of the sale to fc Basel so pay up and get it done! Literally sick of edu and his long winded transfers every summer which doesn’t change neither does he in anything he does it’s players paid to leave or some pointless loan we all know won’t turn into an actual transfer. You can all say let’s not rush blah blah blah we needed six through the door this summer it’ll be three at most and it’ll take to long as usual. Edu’s on thin ice and he’ll get found out eventually.
He only wanted to go to Arsenal that´s why there was no rush. why would they just pay something they deem to much money for the player. then you end up like Man u paying 90 m for antony, 80 m Maguire, 78m Hojlund, 70m Casemiro. Teams know Man u just pay what they ask for so they have to overpay allot. Arsenal can´t get away with that on little over half the revenue of them. i ´m not happy how long it takes some time but you can´t just ignore the business side. we should have ended in 6-8 if we needed six players.

Arsenal have been very poor in this transfer window, they are still negotiating to sign Calofiori rather they were supposed to continue to other important targets striker and midfielder. Manchester united almost signed Zirkeze just in one week but Arsenal are still negotiating Calofiori for more than two weeks. Arsenal need strong midfield player who can play with Rice but now we heard Astonvilla will sign Onana who was target for Arsenal for just 50MP.
We don´t need Onana i think Arteta is looking for a deep lying playmaker that can brake the lines from deep or a Xhaka type player Man u started talks 3-4 weeks ago with Zirkeze . they have been talking to him longer then Arsenal with Calofiori.

Onana is the exact holding midfielder Arsenal need, he is young, energetic, tall, physicall, etc. Xhaka type player is not what Arsenal need, if you remember last year of Xhaka in which was his best season ever he didn't played as defensive player rather he played more higher up similar to what Rice played last season. Arteta Changed Xhaka from defensive position to more attacking midfielder and that was his best season. Arsenal need replacement for Partey & Jorgino but they are still not making any move. Players like Onana, Bruno Guimarães, Martín Zubimendi, Douglas Luiz are the type of players they need and they have been linked with them the whole season. Now two of them are already sold and Arsenal are slow with their first signing
