The absolute worst a place has messed up for me, is when my entire family ordered multiple family meals from kfc, we were family of 4 and were hungry as fuck, and the kfc somehow managed to misplace like 4 burgers and a milkshake, I live in a country's where fast food pretty much never gets orders wrong, so we weren't that mad, we just requested our stuff and got it ordered to us within like 20 minutes
