Well I just got mines and I’m nervous! About the training and living on the road and I’m not doing teams 😂 I’m just not with it. I want solo and alot of these companies are not paying for beginners
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I feel you on not doing teams. If I wasn’t with my man, I don’t think I could. Just make sure you get the most out of training. Ask a million questions. Don’t walk away not knowing how to do things like back up, move the 5th wheel, set up your tandems, etc. Make them earn that training pay. Once you’re on your own, these things can be so hard so make them teach you until you understand it. Trucking isn’t hard, it’s just going to challenge you a bit because it’s new to you. And ALWAYS prioritize safety💕💕
Yes because I’ve just gotten used to be being in a truck by myself. I can’t deal! But I’m big on safety because I will be out there by myself and want to know what to do
I’m in the process of deciding where to go to driving school and Prime is on that list. Would you recommend not going to Prime or just pay for it myself through a private school? Thank you for all this information
Did you still have to Pay Prime for training most companies that offer CDL training/. You then have to put in so many hours or miles to Off set the Training .
Yes, so you can work for the company for a year and that will offset it. I left after a month because the next company offered me a bonus that would’ve paid them off however, when I asked them to provide me a copy of the contract with my signature they couldn’t. So I ended up not having to pay them.
Yes I had a contract. I wrote them an email saying I would pursue legal actions because my life was put in harms way due to negligence from their trainer etc. & they completely canceled the balance so I got my cdl for free basically.
You were very lucky to pursuing for a legally then they completely canceled your balance repayment when you stop working for one year contract and got free For The CDL license, Congratulations 👏
I’m like how do a person go to sleep on a trainer and do t ask are you ok y’all both could been gone but as you said the grace of God I’m gonna finish in the new year but I want to be local so people swear oh nobody will hire you but I believe they will I have my own truck what’s the advise on that after training
Honestly, it get better. Just remember to go at the speed you’re comfortable with. Forget everyone else. Put your hazards on and go at your pace. Everyone started somewhere. Make sure you use your engine brakes & don’t overuse your service brakes.
Absolutely you are right ✅ my driving experience, the best speed every situation you facing , up or down, to be aware , alert and very cautious , be responsible driver, keep an eye your surroundings, control your speed , don't be very close the front vehicle, give space keep in mind that you can control your speed and be prepared always emergency situation ,steady, calm , obey DOT regulations , keep in mind your safety and the others is very important then every thing will be easy, Thank you !!!!
Hmmmm... Seemingly, the biggest hurdle is being able to support oneself, for at least one month, without any income. Few adults with regular living expenses can afford to go to school full-time for a mth, and be able to solely support their self. That's a VERY risky thing to do...no income.
I understand. And it wasn’t easy for me. I had to lean on the people closest to me for support. My partner worked full-time and trained in the evenings. It’s possible❤️
hello sis. i have a question. after getting the AZ licence they need experience to drive local in canada. I am getting my licence soon. What are the chances of getting a job?
Hey how you doing!! I just watched your videos! I’m 20 and I’m super interested and joining the industry. I have so many questions!! I would love to ask you
Is the smaller company that you got some experience with after Prime, a company that has options for other states? I'm in NC and I've had similar luck with these trainers. I'm still trying though. I wanted to find a company with not such long and strenuous training as Prime. If you don't feel comfortable posting info about you're previous work place for the public, I'd appreciate a DM.
I did but ended up not having to pay because of the experience with the trainer. She literally had me in so many unsafe situations I could’ve sued them.
Oh no women shouldn’t do mens duties please act like a woman it’s not appropriate being a truck driver as a woman some of y’all wanna be a man no wonder why there are lots of trans ppl now adays smh have some self respect for yourself
Lmaooo! What makes truck driving a “man’s duty?” It may be a male dominated industry but women have the rights to this career choice just as men do. I literally “drive” for a living. Does that mean I should do Uber, Lyft, etc.? What about the other industries that were “male only” at one point but are now dominated by women? I think worry about your own life and stop imposing your ignorance on others. Also, ppls sexual identity is their business not mine. They have free will just like the rest of us.
Jesus Christ can't believe you just said the most oppressive statement on the internet especially these days and age. You that insecure?? This young lady is very secure and courageous to take on a job you probably don't want to take so back off and apologize for there'll be more women trucking while you stay in your cave?

But I’m big on safety because I will be out there by myself and want to know what to do
So can you take each part of the permit test separately or do you have to take it all at one time?
You can take each part separately! That’s what I did. I studied in sections, taking each test before moving to the next section.
@@ChaeBeauty nice! Thank you beautiful 😍
You’re so welcome 😘
I’m in the process of deciding where to go to driving school and Prime is on that list.
Would you recommend not going to Prime or just pay for it myself through a private school?
Thank you for all this information
Hey, send me a message on IG and I’ll tell you why Prime was free for me😊
@@ChaeBeauty What do you go by on IG. 😁
We’re did u get that hair? 🤣🤣 I love u my baby I’m so proud of u.
I’m sure I got this hair from Pink City Beauty Supply in Miami.. it’s wasn’t good though. I’ve gotten better off of Aliexpress 🤣
did you have a contract with prime and if so what happen when you left? and did they have options to call and ask for a new recruiter?
Yes I had a contract. I wrote them an email saying I would pursue legal actions because my life was put in harms way due to negligence from their trainer etc. & they completely canceled the balance so I got my cdl for free basically.
You were very lucky to pursuing for a legally then they completely canceled your balance repayment when you stop working for one year contract and got free For The CDL license, Congratulations 👏
Mad respect💯
What company are you at right now? Also did u have to pay for your CDL after you left the training company?
I’m like how do a person go to sleep on a trainer and do t ask are you ok y’all both could been gone but as you said the grace of God I’m gonna finish in the new year but I want to be local so people swear oh nobody will hire you but I believe they will I have my own truck what’s the advise on that after training
That’s my biggest fear. That’s what I’m nervous about going through those mountains.
Do you recommend driving locally ? Or how long do you stay away from home
I'm considering going local because I love being home. I've done OTR but now I want to see my place at least every other week.
She sleep while your driving. She could've been dead, she was just doing it for a check...SMH Glad your ok.
Hey how you doing!! I just watched your videos! I’m 20 and I’m super interested and joining the industry. I have so many questions!! I would love to ask you
Can you make a video on how to study And what to study?
Okay, I’ll add it to my next video.
Also can you talk about if you like OTR, Local or Regional?
Okay, I'll add it to the Pros and Cons video I'm posting Sunday.
We studied the same way 👏🏾
It definitely works and kept me from having to retake parts!
Hey Doll, the company I went to is MGR in Summit, IL. I think what helped me is someone who already worked for them agreed to train me.
So you HAVE to get your cdl permit before going to school ?
I'm not sure if some schools help you get it. I'd call a few to ask what you'd need to get started since the requirements recently changed.
Love your channel
Thank you lady.
You are so welcome✨
This cameraaaa😍🔥
It's the Sony ZV-1.. it's worth the purchase just get an extra battery.
With Prime, do you have to be from that state to apply?
No, you’ll go to that state to train then test.. then you’ll go to your home state to pickup your cdl.
What do your mean don’t take the test all in the same day? Do you mean you went to the DMV?
I went to the DMV multiple times. CDLs get priority so most days I was in and out!
I like ya Videio u done good
Did you have to commit 1 year with prime?
I did but ended up not having to pay because of the experience with the trainer. She literally had me in so many unsafe situations I could’ve sued them.
“I wasn’t going off the mountain”
“And i wasn’t going off the mountain… sorry” 😗
Thought they give you 200.00...for food etc..if u ask?...in orientation
They make ppl pay that back!
Amen sister I don’t like telling my plans either to people. Ya best sei da are ya haters lol

Chae Beauty
Good morning Beautiful Queen how are you doing this morning
I want to do be a 🚛 driver.
That first trainer is bogus.
U beautiful
not interested
@@ronnie166 Bye then. You aren’t wanted here🙃
Oh no women shouldn’t do mens duties please act like a woman it’s not appropriate being a truck driver as a woman some of y’all wanna be a man no wonder why there are lots of trans ppl now adays smh have some self respect for yourself
Boo it’s the 20th century not the roaring 20’s we need money these days & being independent is key 💯💯.
Shut up you sound ignorant saying that. Who are you to dictate what a woman should or shouldn’t do.
Jesus Christ can't believe you just said the most oppressive statement on the internet especially these days and age. You that insecure?? This young lady is very secure and courageous to take on a job you probably don't want to take so back off and apologize for there'll be more women trucking while you stay in your cave?
Dumbest comment I’ve ever read
