    Don't listen to the naysayers. You're doing incredible. Very audible and enunciation is on point. The recipe is also succinct and perfect!

      thank you so much for your encouraging words :) I've long upgraded my audio equipment since this video but the accent obviously will never go away. Been working on my English since I'm 12, I doubt it will get much better but as long as people can understand me I'm happy :) So thank you for your wonderful comment.

      @@Greenhealthycooking You're most welcome . You don't have to apologize for your accent. It's yours to own and to flaunt. Don't let the negative comments get you down. You've got a wonderful channel and an even more wonderful kitchen. I highly recommend recommend that you try your chicken and broccolini on an Air Fryer and see how it turns out. Nifty little gadget which is a must have for any kitchen these days. Gonna try to roast a 3lb chicken in it so wish me luck :)

      @@Greenhealthycooking 400 dregs for 50 min & I waited for the oven to be preheated. But, I didn't even think of the food processor. Thanks again. Lol. Also, I've been using this butter on my T-Bone steaks, breakfast sandwiches. (Because I like to crisp my sandwichs on cast iron with a lil bit of butter.) And of course just regular plain old bread 😁

    how big the garlic bulb has to be? They can come in many sizes

    • @Greenhealthycooking
      @Greenhealthycooking  4 роки тому +1

      Depends on how much you like garlic :) Any size will do. If you want it to have a subtle flavor use a small one if you LOVE garlic, use a big one. You can always roast a super big one and then add a clove a time and keep tasting the butter to decide if you'll add another clove or not.
