This is a place you have to visit to really experience it. I spent many years eating Christmas dinner here at the greatest buffet you'll ever experience. And 4 years in a row it snowed while eating it. Looking down on the golf course and grounds while watching it snow during Christmas dinner was a glorious sight. And until you've stood in front of those 14 foot fireplaces you just can't imagine the breadth of them. If you ever get a chance to visit you should take the short drive to the Biltmore House to see the largest mansion in the U.S. And there you will be astonished at what the size and majesty it bestows.
One of the nicest resorts in America, without a doubt. They need to go back to using real Live Christmas Trees in the Lobby though. During the Holidays, it no longer smells like Christmas. 🎄
