The cable work also started with another Akshya kumar movie "Awara Paagal Deewana" in 2002. Only 2 actors used to do their own stunt that time, Akshay Kumar & Ajay Devgan.

Yes, they introduced the fake undertaker in the story line in between, but that was just briefly, in one final match the real undertaker beats the fake and that was the end of the fake....
There was no replacement undertaker or any such thing in 1994. There's always been one undertaker played by Mark Calway. Wikipedia is not the most reliable source - even I can edit it.

I remember hearing when the movie came out that Akshay actually lifted the fake undertaker. If that's true & for all the hard work, it's a real shame that Akshay & the UnderFaker being lifted were not shown full in the same shot. We could only see part of both the actors in separate shots.
Or maybe, the story was just a publicity stunt.
