It really would’ve been better if red death was oliver. Imagine the plot line. A version of Oliver that may have lost felicity and diggle. He goes to Barry to restart it but instead he tells him to be there for Mia but he finds a way to take Barry’s speed force and becomes red death. It would be a nice ending to wrap it up since the flash technically began in arrow
Yeah! But the OG Read Death had a more sinister concept to him: Barry was trapped inside begging Bruce to stop. I get Amell moved on but that would've given the villain depth this version is missing.
Bruce Wayne is the original Red Death according to the comics not necessary to make any other changes
I tend to get annoyed Arrow always being Batman, but this ties everything up nicer than expected. Great idea!

The flash’s greatest mistake is a storyline that didn't concern red death in the slightest. that's like saying you getting blamed for a robbery but you had no idea that there's a robbery and you had no connection to the people who robbed the bank

The way Barry asks “What have you done to him?” Was cool, all the issues him n Grodd faced he was still scared for him
Why couldn’t they just make Grodd the main villain, just having control someome for the majority of the arc and then reveal himself at the end.

I don't get why she keeps referring to it as "Your Crisis" like it was Barry's fault. If the Gorillas lost sentience in the new Universe, wouldn't that be Oliver's fault?
Actually him and the Paragons. After they restored and merged their Earths into 1. They mixed their entire histories/timeline into 1 that lead into a great change, that they didn't realised it. Yes it is their fault, but their is nothing they can do now. That is the only way they can do to save the Multiverse and to bring them all back and unite them. They cannot change or seperate it and put them back as they used to be. It is impossible for them to do it again.

I'm glad Grodd made a return he was fun to see again
The first arc of this season was definitely rushed. I feel like one more episode for this arc would have fleshed everything out a little better. I mean Red Death having telepathy, her knowing about Crisis, and Grodd’s sudden appearance, just felt so out of nowhere.
And along with that, the whole Red Death timeline situation hasn’t been completely resolved, Red Death’s Rogues barely had any screentime and their whereabouts are unknown, and Batwoman arriving out of the blue (with no explanation of where she came from, after she was declared missing).
If this Season had 20+ episodes, maybe things could have been handled a little better, but then again we only have 13 episodes this season. And they have other crazy things set up for the remaining episodes.
But I am glad they brought back Grodd one last time before the show ended

What happened to Gorilla City, the last time we saw him, Argus transfer him to Gorilla City and kept an eye on him but now they’re trying to imagine that they completely forgot about Grodd and the City doesn’t exist.

I wish it's going to be revealed that a different person is the main villain all along. Like this red death is just a cheap imposter of someone else and the real one appears.
Fortunately we can consider her a cheap impostor since Red Death existed Pre-Crisis - someone competent who actually killed almost as much as Zoom.

Literally wondered the same thing. Just shows how nonsensical the writing has gotten. The only way she would could even possibly know this is if Barry told her, but for one we know our Barry didn't tell her, he has no reason to and it's such an irrelevant thing for him to bring up, two her Barry was on bad terms with her and possibly didn't even experience this event, he'd have no reason to tell her this information either. This is so out of nowhere and just random.

Crisis isn’t Barry’s fault, what they mean is the post crisis world, earth prime, is technically Barry’s fault, along with the other paragons and the spectre. They were the ones responsible for creating this new world. Of course they aren’t actually in the wrong because they could only control so much as their individual timelines had to be merged together for earth prime to exist so it was pretty much out of their hands, but they DID create this world so from their point of view, it was the paragons & spectre that fucked up. Think of it like this, they made the best out of a bad situation because they lost to the anti monitor, the multi verse WAS destroyed and there was no going back so they made a new one. not better, not worse, but different.
Thawne and Red death just wants to go home. But flash says nah... there would be no story for flash to prolong into an entire season(s) instead of 1 or 2 ep.
In a way, it's the Flash's fault as to why both Thawne and Red Death kept gunning after him. Both of them want to go home, but Barry instead had them stranded in his timeline. As such, they vent out their darkness on Barry, his family and friends, and the whole of Central City.
Reverse flash and red death fool the flash, all they want is speed up
He should've stayed as a villain, but either way, it would not be a final season of The Flash without the one and only, Gorilla Grodd

God I hated the resolution. The MAIN source of Red Death's power was left isolated and unprotected? And she SHOWED him where to find her only weakness. I don't care how powerful her copies were this... Wow. And the entire thing was wrapped up on a screen showing a change in color. Just bad storytelling and a waste of a great villain, a great opportunity.
Really annoys me when they cherry pick certain plot elements to try and actually make something bad appear like the Flash's fault. Without the actions of our hero's during Crisis the ENTIRE MULTIVERSE would no longer exist thanks to the antimatter wave. None of them would even exist. No Red Death. No Earth, no universe nothing. Flash didn't create the new universe, but he did help facilitate its creation, because without it everything would be gone now. This final Flash season is rapidly turning into Game of Thrones Season 8.

One of the reasons i wasn't a fan of this series is how much of a soap opera the dialogue is in between anything actually interesting happening is like 95% of the show play this at playback 125x speed and communication its like regular speed its so dramatic
