Why can't these high-end ones at least ,fill out all Ram slots? Everything is overkill here. Why not just two extra sticks of RAM.
Because two extra sticks of RAM does not equate to better performance and sometimes it actually makes it worse
Dual sticks sometimes OC better than 4.
Well for one the 13900k only has dual channel support, and its very difficult to find dummy sticks that are just rgb.
Because 128gb of ram= stability issues

It's actually faster to have 2x32GB than 4x16GB, or just 4xYGB in general, because, iirc, CPUs are currently only dual channel and those 2 channels have to be further decided by two, giving worse performance

I think your flow sensor is not working. By default it work when flow from right to left. For reverse in you must disassemble this thing and reverse something inside (I don't remember what exactly)/ 1 L/m is very slow flow speed

I saw almost identical flow sensor, and PC builder showed that sensor shows wrong numbers. He disassembled it and change direction of some inner part, and after that flow sensor start show correct L/m value. May be this is your custom made sensor (fully custom, not just rebrending) but 0.9L/m looks like too slow water movement speed.That why I decided that flow sensor must be reassembled for correct numbers
