When we first time play hello neighbor we all thought our neighbor was crazy. The Story: Mr Peterson, He had a great family with his Wife 2 kids
The Wife died in a car crash, after the crash the son Aaron push the daughter off the roof. Peterson got mad at Aaron, What we saw on the cutscene, He locked Aaron
on the basement.

I believe he is taller in Act 3 and 4 since he is grown up
