I liken it to, Paco Rabanne, Black XS in that, I get a cherry/chocolate note, but this not synthetic smelling. Its restrained, well refined and sweet, almost gourmand sweet without overpowering you. A beautiful scent, I love it
I got this for Christmas from my girlfriend ..it's totally gone under the radar and glad you have reviewed it. I really enjoy it, it's a great alternative to a night out fragrance and like you said it incorporates a little bit of the best going out fragrances. The only thing letting it down slightly is I find it slightly synthetic but other than that it's fantastic.

The last violet fragrance I tried was Violet Disguise by Imaginary Authors and that was Is violet dominant. I would say that the violet note is pretty strong in this but it blends well with the saffron to tone it down some. Thanks for watching buddy!
I got same size bottle as that new sealed up here in canada for $19.99 they are giving it away up here at shoppers drug mart ill have to dig out my bottle to try it again may have got lost in the shuffle
